Rationale: One of the most effective ways for a person to learn is as an active participant in the critical thinking element of an experience. The RAM program will provide exercises that will allow participants to develop skills through an inclusive process.
Participants will be given the opportunity to connect what they are learning with real-world experiences; essentially cultivating an active listener.
As we navigate through this journey called life, we want to have a sense of direction that keeps us on the right path, Kingdom Empowerment is that path.

YOUTH FITNESS
Empowering Our Youth Thru Fitness
Ages 6-12; parent participation encouraged
This class utilizes yoga poses, exercise and play to help youth improve their muscle strength, flexibility and coordination. With an emphasis on stretches and breathing exercises, kids will learn and experience a heightened level of focus as well as a relaxed sense of calmness.
THE TRUTH WE TOLD OURSLEVES
A letter to your 14 year old self
This project seeks to collect letters from people of all different walks of
life to their 14 year old selves. To contribute you can write a letter to
your 14 year old self reflecting on your life experiences, offering
advice, or urging yourself to choose a different path. These letters will
be compiled to form a book that can be used to mentor young people
around the world.
